The Design Process
Everything you need to know about ordering custom stationery & styling
It can be quite daunting to know where to start, who to talk to and how much to budget when it comes to event stationery & styling. Most people often think approaching a designer is out of their price range however that’s not the case! Working with a range of products, stocks and designs, I can tailor make your stationery & styling to suit you and your budget!
01. Say Hello
It all starts with hello! Don’t be nervous, it’s just little old me here! After you’ve had a read through the information below and feeling confident that you trust me and want to work with me, fill out the enquiry form to get started. Make sure you include as much information as you possibly can so I can get the bigger picture of your big day! If you have left anything out, don’t stress, I will help you out.
02. Itemised Quote
Once we have had a quick chat to run through your ideas and inspiration, I will then provide you with a custom quote which outlines all of the elements. Everything will be itemised so you can work to your budget and see everything clearly. If you are adding on styling to the big day, you will also receive a custom moodboard to showcase your vision coming together.
03. Design Process
Once you are happy with the quote and have paid your 30% deposit, then we are ready to get started! Whether it’s invitations or on the day stationery, I will do up a number of initial designs to ensure your vision is created. From here you can pick one of the designs or I can make as many changes as you like to get to the final product.
04. Printing & Delivery
The final design has been decided and all of the final details are accounted for, now it’s time to bring your invitations to life! The final payment is due at this stage and once received, I will then send everything to the printers. Once I receive them back, I will assemble everything as required and either pop them in the express post (invitations) or have your stationery ready to be delivered to on your big day!
